We offer classes for every level. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers. 

 
 
 
 

Kettlebell or Indoor Cycling

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5am – 6am

 

Kettlebells help to build balance, power, muscle and more! A kettlebell is a cast-iron ball with a handle attached to the top of it. Indoor Cycling rides feature shorter intervals, a lower range of resistances, frequent form checks, and high-energy music to keep each ride fun and exciting.

Yoga                      w/Karen

Yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.

Cardio w/Darquise

This class is a total-body program that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility. It challenges your entire body with high intensity, short duration exercises. ... This ballet-based workout is aimed at increasing flexibility, strength, body awareness, and balance.

 

Mobility/Flexibility w/Karen

To get the most out of your body and training for life and sport, you must make flexibility and mobility training part of your workout program. In order to perform exercises or physical activities pain and injury-free, you need to have the appropriate level of flexibility and mobility to go through the full range of motion.

The CrossFit prescription is performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity.” CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit program is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains

 

Gymnastics

Exercises developing or displaying physical agility and coordination. The modern sport of gymnastics typically involves exercises on uneven bars, balance beam, floor, and vaulting horse , and horizontal and parallel bars, rings, floor, and pommel horse.

Tae Kwon Do is a form of martial arts that combines high standing and jump kicks, as well as punches. It's translation into English means, "The way of foot and fist fighting." Training in Tae Kwon Do involves learning kicking, punching and blocking in various combinations of traditional sets known as hyung. As students improve their hyung, they receive different belts, with a black belt being the highest level. It's a form of self-defense that involves strict mental and physical training and strong moral character.

 

Beyond Barre

Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and pirouettes here and there into the workout. Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
